The Engine-4 Foundation, in partnership with Collins Aerospace, has announced an exciting alliance that will transform the innovation center in Bayamón into a hub of advanced learning for the aerospace sector. This collaborative effort will focus on the implementation of specialized camps targeted at both university students aspiring to enter the aerospace industry and employees of Collins Aerospace.

The first phase of this collaboration includes the establishment of camps specializing in key technologies such as FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), MCAD (Mechanical Computer-Aided Design), and ECAD (Electronic Computer-Aided Design). These programs are designed not only to enrich the technical knowledge of the participants but also to foster practical innovation and the application of technological solutions in the real world.

Furthermore, a centralized learning center has been created where both students and employees can access advanced training programs. This initiative not only enhances the technical skills of individuals but also promotes the development of new competencies in critical technological areas, essential for the advancement of the aerospace industry.

This alliance between the Engine-4 Foundation and Collins Aerospace is a prime example of how collaboration between industry and education can lead to mutual benefits, driving not only the personal and professional growth of individuals but also technological progress and innovation in key industrial sectors.
